Independent entrance, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, large kitchen with fireplace, dishwasher, oven, fridge and external washing machine, barbecue. Terrace, ample parking. Availability 2 bikes. We speak Russian. Dogs allowed. Teramo is 170 km from the center of Rome, 65 km from Pescara airport (highways).
