E' un casale con interni molto belli che riportano all'architettura originale pur essendo molto funzionali, il casale si trova sulle colline con un paesaggio molto rilassante. E' dotato di un rustico giardino con sdraio e vasca idromassaggio. Si trova a 20min di auto dal mare; essendo un pò in alto la sera è molto fresco, molto apprezzato ad agosto dopo una calda giornata di mare. Inoltre è dotato di lavatrice e lavastoviglie. in salotto vi è anche un pianoforte verticale perfettamente accordato.

Posizione tranquilla. Fuori dal traffico. Interni della casa curati. Cortesia della proprietaria. Appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità.
Bello l'aspetto dei serramenti tirati a legno vivo, anche se probabilmente hanno bisogno di finitura, soprattutto quelli esterni. Ma nel complesso la casa è bellissima. Zona esterna non ancora finita.

Posizione stupenda sui colli abruzzesi che permette di vivere al meglio il mare e le colline di questa fantastica regione. Posizione perfetta per visitare borghi e paesaggi unici. I proprietari gentilissimi e pronti a divulgare le bellezze dell'Abruzzo.

The stunningly restored old and typical house in a very charming agricultural environment. The very friendly and helpfull family which gave usefull tips about restaurants and places to go. The hot tub in the garden gave good cooling and beautiful panoramic view.
The second relative small bedroom has a sofa bed. However the sleeping comfort was not bad.
