La situation en ville, l'aménagement de la chambre.
Il est un peu perturbant de n'avoir aucun contact personnel. Escalier très raide.

The room was lovely and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for central Narbonne and the train station
There was nothing we didn’t like. I think you are honest that it is hard to claim the stairs if you are older and have cases. But that was in the information and the young lady did help me

A great location. The room was spacious and nicely decorated.
There was a slight smell of drains from the shower tray. I am sure it’s not hard to fix.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was a disappointment. The area was more noisy than promised and anytime other people went to the toilet or had a shower, we could hear it. There was no parking at the premises and the gardens were not part of the house.
