Amber Pearl Apartment 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms at Kálvin Square

Appartement spacieux, bien décoré, fonctionnel et très agréable. Nous nous sommes senti chez nous et la propriétaire était très accueillante.

Petit bémol concernant la climatisation en plein été, et avec les fortes chaleurs annoncées, nous avions prioriser le choix d’un logement avec climatisation. Cependant, une fois arrivée, absence de télécommande et uniquement des ventilateurs, il serait peut-être judicieux d’enlever cette mention pour éviter les déconvenues.

Todo el ambiente, y la comodidad que generaba. Al ser de una tonalidad daba mucha tranquilidad y sobretodo, Georgia daba mucha confianza y es muy buena anfitriona.

A great location and really lovely apartment. The beds were really comfortable and great shower. The host was very welcoming.

Overall the stay was great, however when booking, it stated that check-in was until 23:00. Only when the owner contacted me was I told that it was until 18:00 at this time of year and that a late check in was chargeable due to flights we were unable to check in earlier. As I was told this past my cancellation period, I had no option but to pay. This was not clear when the reservation was made and I still am unable to find where this is stated on Booking.com. Unfortunately this made me worried if the accommodation was genuine or not which was a pity. Pros definitely outweighs the cons.

it was dirty (the wc literally had yellow and brown signs, even in the sitting part), I couldn’t use the bath because there was no way to close the plug and the owner didn’t even answer my messages. I’m sorry Georgia, I wanted to leave a good review because you were nice when we met but I paid a lot of money and it was not worth it. At all. There are many better options.
