Elegant Duplex Near City Greenery

Location is excellent for any kind of sightseeing as the Metro line M2 , several tram and bus lines are within less than 10 minutes walking distance . Excellent communication with the host.

The apartment is a little dark it is located in a courtyard which makes of a building with 4 floors.

La ubicación del apartamento y la limpieza.

El apartamento estaba muy bien. La única pega, aunque muy importante para nosotros, el no tener persianas. Entendemos que en esos países no acostumbran a utilizarlas, pero las cortinas que tenía la habitación eran súper traslúcidas, y esto hacía que, a partir de las 5:00, fuera imposible dormir, ya que era completamente de día en la habitación. Asimismo, las almohadas tampoco eran muy cómodas. El resto del apartamento, estaba muy bien.

Buena ubicación.

El termo hacía mucho ruido, incluso de noche, como si fuera un helicóptero. Se fue la luz un día y nos costó encontrar el cuadro de luz. Las escaleras un poco resbaladizas.

The location is great, the host is responsive, the check in and out is easy and simple. The property is very quiet. The rooms are generously sized. The flat was nicely warm - the heating could be adjusted to our needs (we visited in April). The bedding smelled lovely.

I have never had to contact a host before in any properties we rented around Europe until this stay. Unfortunately the ground floor was swarming by ants. They were running around the bathroom, the floor, the kitchen counter and even in the living room. We contacted the host who told us that the cleaner will come and use some sorts of spray next day. I cannot tell if it happened or not but we still were hunting them on the next day - luckily we only stayed two nights. All in all the property is in need a good maintenance (only small things like door handles, drawers in bathroom, cupboard door, shower heads etc). The electrical shutters didn’t work - the host knew about them but we haven’t been advised in advance so when one of them didn’t lift it made the living area rather dark. The kettle was broken when we arrived but was replaced a day later. There were TVs in every room which we were unable to access due to no subscription - we didn’t mind it really but it might worth asking if you’re planning to watch television. These things happen but most of them should be addressed by the cleaner/maintenance team in advance. We don’t hold hard feelings but we are glad we only stayed for two nights.
