The property was nice - comfortable. Very spacious for what you are paying for. It was like walking into a fully furnished house - every appliance you needed, it had. The aircon was portable but we didn’t need to use it as we stayed in mid September.
We didn’t realise it was on top of a few bars so the noise is loud. There are double doors to block the sound but it needed an extra shutter (the lounge room one is broken). BUT! Noise cancelling headphones did the trick and I was asleep in no time.

Leuk ingericht, koelkast aanwezig in keukentje, zeer centrale locatie! Kregen praktische tips van de vriendelijke verhuurder. Prima locatie voor drie volwassenen.
Smallere bed had een hard matras, airco vraagt om een open raam maar dat is ivm geluid 's nachts niet handig (wij hadden geluk met aangename temperatuur) het is een gezellige maar luidruchtige buurt (met oordopjes geen last). Douchecabine is vrij smal.

La ubicación es excelente y el anfitrión estuvo atento en todo momento. Nos mandó sitios para comer muy recomendables.
Es cierto que es la zona de fiesta pero en verdad si vas a disfrutar de la ciudad durante el día y luego salir a divertirte, ni te enteras.

Good value for money, the host Antonio is quick to respond and help out. We had a few issues but he tried his best to fix it.
