Food superb. Staff are very friendly.
Entrance from road.

Loved the location. On the quiet side of Ooty. Lovely church right in front and close to the Botanical Garden too.
The rooms and beds were pretty comfy and spacious. Having a pool table in the common room with loads of books was a nice touch too.
Breakfast options could have been better.
Bathrooms are decent enough, but water pressure could be an issue.
The reception desk isn't manned with regularity. Often had to ring the ball or call the housekeeper for any inquiries. I should clarify, however, that he was really helpful on all fronts.

The location is walkable to the botanical garden. Room was spacious with thick blankets provided. Home made food was delicious.
Special mention to our caretakers Rajiv and Rahul who were very kind and took care of all our requests.
The bed mattress was a little hard and could have been softer (this is a personal opinion)
