    Hotel is good with all facilities except hot water problem , they had provided warm water not hot water with that limited time period during the day and the hotel is in the centre of ooty where all the places are near by to all sight seeing and Satish who provided sight seeing cab facility provided in reasonable rates.

    We booked an economy room. The deal was good and reasonable. The staffs are extremely helpful and polite. Location is best. Rooms are spacious.

    Only thing working for this hotel is the location. Everything else is a mess. Right from erratic power to lift not working. Availablity of hot water, no inhouse restaurant, constrained parking, narrow approach roaf and so forth
