Die Lage inmitten von Alkmaar. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Dachterrasse ein Highlight bei Sonnenschein.
Am Wochenende ist mit Lärmbelästigung durch die Kneipe nebenan zu rechnen und zwar bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Die Lage ist genial, ca. 200 m vom Käsemarkt und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Terrasse lädt bei sommerlichen Temperaturen zum Verweilen ein.
Die steile Treppe zum Apartment; und leider (!!) die Öffnungszeiten der Kneipe nebenan (Geräuschpegel bis ca. 3-4 Uhr nachts). Aufgrund der wohl dünnen Wände waren wir im Schlafzimmer fast live dabei.

Die Lage war überragend, mitten im schönen Zentrum von Alkmaar, die Wohnung selbst war komfortabel und der Kontakt sehr lieb
