The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, even during every late-night check-in around 2:30 am because my flight was landing around 1:30 am. She greeted us with complimentary snacks and water, which was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed a traditional Bulgarian breakfast that was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Her kindness and hospitality made our stay very pleasant.
It would be more helpful if the guest asked for the exact location or directions before arrival, to make it easier to find the property, especially at night

The host was lovely and kind, they kept great communication and provided the early transport to the airport, which was the main selling point for me as I find trusting Sofia taxis hard. Also quite accessible from the nearest train station.

the hostess was avialable on booking for my questions, and also was fine with the schedule changed due to the flight being late. I arrived around midnight and she was OK with that. She also made a nice little breakfast, nothing fancy but good.
I was asked to leave my shoes at the door, but the floor was not clean at all. I didn't like going around in my socks there. The bed wasn't comfortable. The toiled smelled bad.
