ทำเลใกล้สนามราชมัง แมวเยอะเฟรนลี่ แต่โดนแมวข่วนเบาะรถเป็นรอยส่วนตัวไม่ซีเรียส เข้าใจเป็นธรรมชาติของแมว
เจ้าของดูแลไม่ค่อยทั่วถึง อาจจะเพราะไปถึงเช้าเองด้วย

ไม่ไกลมากจากปากซอย มีความเงียบสงบ สามารถเช็คอินได้ตลอด พนักงานใจดี ห้องพักสะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างครบครัน หน้าปากซอยมีวินมอเตอร์ไซค์บริการ ไม่ไกลจาก ม.ราม
ถ้ามาตอนค่ำๆ จะไม่ค่อยมีไฟ และค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว ผ้าห่มบางเกินไป ร้านอาหารมีน้อย ไม่มี 7/11 แถวนั้น แต่ใต้ตึกมีร้านขายของชำเล็กๆ
