A szállás könnyen megközelíthető, nagy parkolóval rendelkezik. Szép, tiszta belső tér. Erkélyről utcára és a hegyekre is rá lehet látni.
10 férőhelyhez a 2 szobában van 1-1 szekrény. Ez téli utazáskor különösen kevés. Intim szférát nem nagyon ismerik. A 10 főből 2-2 (a szobákban) tudna külön aludni. A többiek a nappaliban két kinyitható kanapén illetve az emeleti folyosón elhelyezett ágyakon tudtak aludni. Az emelet kinyithatós ágy kifejezetten kényelmetlen. Nincs mikróhullamú sütő. Egy fürdőszoba 10 férőhelyre, ez is megnehezítette a napi rutinokat.
