Główną zaletą obiektu jest jego lokalizacja. Dobra komunikacja oraz bliskość sklepów i restauracji działa na plus obiektu. Parking dla gości, sala z bilardem oraz wspólna kuchnia w pełni wyposażona do przygotowania posiłków. Piękne widoki z okna. :)
