Bardzo dogodna lokalizacja. Dostępność sauny, grilla, placu zabaw i miejsc parkingowych. Dostępność lodówki, kuchenki, kuchenki mikrofalowej, czajnika oraz ekspresu do kawy i młynka do kawy.
Wraz z powyższym warto zauważyć, że obecnie trwa remont całego kompleksu hotelowego. Co powoduje hałas od samego rana, rozrzucone deski po całym terenie. A także sprzątanie pokoi odbywa się od 8 rano i tworzy dodatkowy hałas dla wczasowiczów. W tym pokoju znajdują się mrówki, które nie dodają mu uroku. Sauna nie jest wliczona w cenę apartamentu (ale zostało to wcześniej powiadomione). Pytanie jest inne. Sama sauna w pół-podziemnym pomieszczeniu. Nie ma gdzie wyjść i odpocząć po łaźni parowej. Byli niezadowoleni.
