The location was excellent. Even though it was on a busy street and surrounded by bars & restaurants, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. I’m a light sleeper yet I did not detect any external noise.

There were no hooks or bars for the bath towels!

Great location. Secure entry. Apartment well equipped with large comfy bed. Always plenty hot water for a shower

We stayed for 9 days, using the same set of towels. The apartment wasn't spotless and needed a clean.

Firstly, the location of this apartment is almost ideal if you like to stay in Granda on sightseeing purpose. Access to the Alhambra Palace was much easier I had thought by looking at the map. Also, there are many small restaurants around this apartment which enhanced the convenience of this accommodation. Furtherly the cost performance was high.

The shower run ok, but there was no door like thing and splash naturally wetted the floor of shower room inlet which was not so pleasant. There were two keys left in the room. One of them was a key for the entrance door to lock from inside, but we were not able to find what the other was to be used: we asked the host but no answer. There was a door to go outside (seemed to be an access to the terrace or emergency exit), but that did not open. NO instruction how to use the kitchen or how it is cleaned up after the stay. The real problem was there was no instruction for garbage, and for which we asked questions WhatsApp, but the answers were not adequate to us who did know nothing about how garbage needed to separately dispose in Spain. We googled the rule for ourselves. The coffee maker did not work some reason with the capsules, and this was not taken care of to the end of stay. Although they use WhatsApp, it went not smoothly. The notification of the final guaranteeing process (by deposit) did not come automatically. Such deposit process schedule should have been notified at the time of reservation. Despite of the fact the room was clean and well prepared, the management side was not as good as that. There should be much improvement made.

Location was perfect. Communication with host was good and we liked keyless entry. You could hear hustle and bustle with windows open but no sound when closed. Host sorted lift when it stopped working. Upstairs communal terrace is nice with good views.

It wasnt clean, we had to buy bleach before we could shower. There was no privacy as doors to bedrooms had to be open as no aircon in one and bathroom in other. Lift stopped working although host did sort this for us and offered to carry case down if needed. Although apt was ok for me and sister it wouldnt be big enough for two couples.
