Center Apartment

The access to the room was very easy thanks to the shared video and a key box. The payment was also practical as we could pay without adjusting our time to meet with the owner. The room is a 5-minute walk to the International Tirana Hotel, where we had our weekend meetings, and a big supermarket (opens from 0730 to 2345) was only 2 minutes walking distance. The owner was super responsive to our needs (wifi password, washing machine detergent, issue with the shower room, placing our backpacks after check out time), and we normally received the necessary information within 30 - 60 minutes.

As we were able to stay in the room at a price comparable to shared rooms in other places, we are happy with what we got. It is not like a hotel where we can expect 100% cleanness (there were some hairs on the floor or some small moths) or perfect comfort (the shower space easily floods the connecting toilet space easily; there is only one broken trash can; a limited number of cooking utensils - a small pot to warm soup or milk would be helpful; the door and walls are thin so take your ear plugs for a good sleep). If you think this is a private room at the price of the shared room, you have no reason to complain.

Posizione centrale e host gentile nella comunicazione, su WhatsApp ha mandato in maniera super precisa le indicazioni per arrivare all'appartamento. Non sono stata a puntualizzare durante il mio soggiorno le mancanze dell'appartamento perché la gentilezza è stata impeccabile e anche perché ho soggiornato solo due notti

Mi permetto educatamente di puntualizzare alcune cose : Il condizionatore non scaldava bene, il letto aveva qualche macchia, le lenzuola erano un po' piccole per le dimensioni del letto e le coperte un po' poche e troppo piccole. Nella doccia sarebbe stato carino avere un telo che coprisse per non bagnare tutto il bagno. Non mi è piaciuto tanto l'appartamento a ridosso del passaggio della gente, non potevamo alzare le tapparelle perché in casa si sarebbe visto tutto.. nel complesso carina e utile ma da rivedere qualche dettaglio .

Очень чисто, удобно Все необходимое было в апартаментах и даже больше. Очень удачное расположение в городе. Очень приветливый и профессиональный хозяин. Система размещения очень удобная и быстрая!

Localització cèntrica, la dona que ens va portar les claus molt amable

Hi havia paneroles!!! (Cucaracha🪳). Durant el dia no les vam veure, però si a la nit. En vam contar mínim 5. El llit no gaire còmode. La dutxa no tenia cortina, va ser quasi impossible no deixar-ho tot mullat. La nevera ni funcionava. No hi pensem tornar😔
