Da localização e do tamanho do apartamento.
Da limpeza: a cortina do banheiro estava encardida e havia vestígios de que a limpeza não havia sido bem feita. Os lençóis estavam sem ser passados, dando um aspecto de falta de higiene, mesmo que não fosse o caso. A sanduicheira não estava funcionando ou a tomada estava com problema e não tem ar-condicionado no segundo quarto. É necessária uma melhor manutenção porque esses detalhes fazem muita diferença nas comodidades da hospedagem.

Good location near Skanderbeg Sq, restaurants and supermarket.. Large living area. Owner tried to be helpful.
Not a well maintained or managed unit. Had several problems regarding TV, plumbing, internet (needed to reboot twice). 2nd room has no AC so you have to keep those in other rooms running with all doirs open. Bathroom tile grout was black.

L'appartamento è perfetto, adatto a viaggi da 2 a 4 persone. Ben strutturato, ben arredato, pulito e con tutti i servizi ottimali e in funzione. Il proprietario molto disponibile, preciso e di ottimi modi.

Nice apartment, very well located but difficult to find, streets has no numbers in Tirana. Comfortable, spacious. But no bedside lamps in the rooms, no kitchen towel, not enough glasses and mugs. These ar details, but importants. Nevertheless, we had a very good stay.
