Merkeze çok yakın. Yürüme mesafesinde. Temiz, yatak konforlu. Yastıklar rahat. Ulaşım çok kolay.
Tek eksiği dairede boy aynasının olmaması.

La casa era molto accogliente e il proprietario molto gentile é stato super disponibile inoltre la posizione centrale mi ha permesso di raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi più importanti, letto molto comodo.
L’unico aspetto negativo per cui non ho dato 10 é l’ingresso del palazzo un po trascurato ma accettabile considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo

Sicuramente la posizione dell appartamento è ottima,fornita di fermate autobus,supermarket e caffè.. .il prezzo è azzeccato e l appartamento confortevole, l uniche pecche riguardano la pulizia che lascia un po a desiderare e la TV che non funziona causa wifi altalenante ma comunque la gentilezza del locatore è degli abitanti di Tirana in generale è superlativa!!!
