We were very happy with our stay at the apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host was always available and helpful with any questions. The location was ideal — in a calm and green area, yet just a short walk from the Villasimius center. We especially enjoyed the lovely terrace with mountain views, and appreciated the small touches — like a plate of delicious local cookies waiting for us on arrival. You can find sun umbrellas in the apartment, which I found very useful.
Several stunning beaches are just a 5–10 minute drive away. We highly recommend Spiaggia di Simius for its crystal-clear water, and Spiaggia di Campus, where you can even spot beautiful fish while swimming.

Die Wohnung war für uns als fünfköpfige Familie perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und doch nah am Stadtkern von Villasimius.
Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es war alles da! Die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer und auch einen Balkon
In der Anlage selbst gibt es auch einen kostenfreien Tennisplatz!
Die Krönung ist aber die Vermieterin Ilaria und ihre Familie. Sie gibt sich sehr viel Mühe , das man sich wirklich wohlfühlt und auch willkommen. Bei jeder Frage ist sie sofort per WhatsApp zu erreichen und gibt Ihr bestes. Das ist wirklich einzigartig

This flat had everything we needed and more. It was the most well equipped kitchen we've ever had on a rental.
The host Ilaria and her family went over and above before during and after our stay - excellent communication beforehand, staying up late to welcome us as we had a late flight, a welcome basket with milk, bread, ham, cheese, biscuits and little Easter chocolates. They helped us work out what we needed to do with the rubbish and kindly took it away for us at the end of our stay so that we didn't have to spend our last day trying to dispose of it.
The beds were large and really comfortable, just what you need after a long day of exploring different beaches. The location was perfect, a short walk to one of the best restaurants in town (Sa Tankitta) and several supermarkets nearby. The town centre was also very close, where we enjoyed some nice gelato.
Parking was easy, there was plenty of space on the road outside, and it was a quiet apartment block. We enjoyed the small balcony terrace, and having the sunshine on us when we ate breakfast there, it had views of the mountains. There was a lovely looking grass tennis court, which we had hoped to play on, but didn't get round to it on our short stay.
The TV was large, and had Netflix, Prime, Disney+ and Youtube, so we were able to entertain our toddler easily when he was bored of playing and going to the beach.
It might have been good to have a small safe for personal travel documents, as we had to carry those around with us. The kitchen seemed to have relatively few plugs available, but we got round that by boiling the kettle in a different room, not a deal breaker at all, you just need to be creative :)
The sofa wasn't very big, so it was a tight squeeze, and we did angle it differently at night so we could watch the TV comfortably. But these are just very minor things.

Nice and modern. Very clean and was easy to keep clean. We had a vacuum, broom and lots of cleaning products left for us. We were a family of 5 with 3 children and never felt crowded. One of the bedroom’s and lounge both open up onto a terrace making it a nice area for the kids to move around. Had the use of a really nice washing machine. Beds were very comfortable and had such a good sleep. Area is very quiet. Few minutes walk to villasimius beach bus. About ten minutes walk to Conad city supermarket. Easy to get into the main village in a few minutes walk. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen whilst initially I thought was small was absolutely fine actually if you use the table to prepare food. Good dishwasher available. Good amount of kitchen equipment and I would definitely stay here again. Television is a smart television so you can login to Netflix. Owners were lovely and always at hand if needed.
