Posizione ottima, arredo moderno, pulizia complessiva, servizi principali presenti (lavatrice, frigo, freezer).
Nessuna soluzione per il parcheggio (difficile trovare parcheggio ovunque in alta stagione: il parcheggio piu vicino costava 15€ al giorno e distava 10 minuti a piedi), palazzina dell’appartamento molto vecchio (portone d’ingresso non si chiude).

Posizione eccellente per raggiungere la zona centrale a piedi, fermata del bus n. 106 ad un isolato. L'appartamento è al piano rialzato di uno stabile d'epoca, con pochi gradini, la cucina è attrezzata di tutto, bagno con finestra, tutto molto pulito. La signora ed i suoi figli molto disponibili e gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo, noi ci torneremo senz'altro.

La situacion y las dimensiones perfectas.
El agua tenia poco caudal. La manguera de la ducha estaba en mal estado y el grifo de la cocina iba duro. La television era antigua y no se podia ver netflix ni prime.

In pieno centro di Ortigia : silenziosità della piazza
Ingresso della struttura terribile La pulizia delle finestre e davanzali totalmente inesistente ; prese di corrente volanti di cui alcune non funzionanti e lavatrice in bagno senza presa di terra con ritorno di corrente. Specchio sopra il lavandino minuscolo; materasso durissimo ( soggettivo)
