La Casa di Nonno Enrico by Wonderful Italy

This property is managed by a third party, Wonderful Italy and they complicated what should be an easy process. First were the emails and many forms - consent, extra guests, tourist taxes, passport photos, access codes, keys...all done via mobile links. I've never experienced such a complex process. Physical access to the apartment is tough. No exaggeration, it includes passage through an iron gate, a sticky door, 2 steep flights of stairs, another iron gate, another 2 flights of stairs and another door before you're finally inside. The apartment itself is spacious and clean. The kitchen, while complete with cookware and dinnerware, was not stocked with anything but a few coffee pods and sugar packets. There is no clothes washer. There is a complex chart of recycling on the fridge but no bins downstairs. It was annoying.
