오르티지아를 경험하기에 최고의 위치 입니다. 해변,두오모광장, 슈퍼, 레스토랑, 각종상점 모든접근성이 좋습니다. 에어컨도 거실,방 따로 설치되어있고 냉장고도 크고 청결했어요. 모든 시설은 깨끗하게 리모델링 되어있고 세탁기,건조기까지 있어서 매우 편리했어요. 숙소 주인은 모든 질문에 빠르게 응답해주었고 이른 체크인을 가능하게 해주었고 숙소를 떠날때는 가방울 모두 보관해주어서 충분히 여유롭게 오르티지아를 즐길 수 있었어요. 감사합니다.

시내 번화가의 중심에 위치하고 있기때문에 야간소음이 있습니다. 특히 여름 성수기에는 좁은 골목에서 늦은시간까지 악단들이 연주를 합니다. 조용한 숙박을 원하는 사람에게는 좀 불편할 수 있어요.

Wonderful location! It's in the middle of the historic district with shops and restaurants (2 were within 10 meters) but the street itself is quiet. We managed to lock ourselves out and the Marco was there in short order to let us in. The apartment is nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We've stayed in Syracusa/Ortigia several times and this was, by far, the best location.

The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the small touches, such as a beach umbrella and .... Marco was very kind and explained everything in detail upon our arrival, which made us feel welcome.

That said, there were some important issues. Upon entering, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. Since the same odor came from under the sink, it may be related to dampness and possible mold behind the kitchen cabinets. In our extensive travels renting apartments, we have always found basic items like soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, and kitchen towels provided. Considering the relatively high price of this apartment, it was disappointing that none of these essentials were available, which makes the value for money not fully reasonable. Additionally, the mattress was very worn out, with a visible indentation, making it uncomfortable to rest properly. Overall, the apartment is stylish and well-furnished, but these issues—especially the mattress and missing essentials—lower the overall comfort level.
