The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the small touches, such as a beach umbrella and ....
Marco was very kind and explained everything in detail upon our arrival, which made us feel welcome.
That said, there were some important issues. Upon entering, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell. Since the same odor came from under the sink, it may be related to dampness and possible mold behind the kitchen cabinets.
In our extensive travels renting apartments, we have always found basic items like soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, and kitchen towels provided. Considering the relatively high price of this apartment, it was disappointing that none of these essentials were available, which makes the value for money not fully reasonable.
Additionally, the mattress was very worn out, with a visible indentation, making it uncomfortable to rest properly.
Overall, the apartment is stylish and well-furnished, but these issues—especially the mattress and missing essentials—lower the overall comfort level.
