Dobra Hiša Zdravja Čičarija

Tutto mi è piaciuto, una struttura nuova immersa nel verde della Slovenia. Anche se di passaggio per una sola notte mi è sembrato di tornare a casa . Dalla accoglienza alla cena, per non parlare della colazione . Ottimo tutto, le camere belle e pulite, insomma consigliatissimo.

Mir wurde auf Vorbestellung abends Gulasch gemacht. Und morgens ein Frühstück serviert. Alles reichhaltig und gut. Ich war für die Nacht der einzigste Gast. Insofern konnte ich das Rad sogar sicher im Essenraum unterstellen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Restaurant, Bäcker oder Supermarkt. Der Ort hat nur 8 Einwohner und ist recht abgelegen nahe der Grenze zu Kroatien, die man durch den Wald über den Waldweg nun ohne Kontrollen übertreten kann.

Ich war früher da als angegeben. Ist schwierig abzuschätzen, wenn man mit dem Rad reist. So war leider keiner vor Ort und ich musste draußen warten. Leider war das WLAN defekt und im unteren Teil des Gebäudes hat man auch keinen Internetempfang. Das Bett war ein einfaches von IKEA. Die Matratze müsste dringend erneuert werden und das Lattenrost ist sehr einfach.

La struttura è appena stata rinnovata. Pulitissima e funzionale. Immersa nel nulla ma perfetta per il tragitto da Trieste e Fiume. Le signore che gestiscono sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. Colazione super abbondante all'ora che si decide ad un costo di 10 euro. Ciò che non abbiamo finito ci è stato messo in una box per il viaggio. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto. Si paga con carta di credito.

Abbiamo cenato qui, essendo una struttura un po' lontana dal centro abitato e la cena è monotematica: insalata e gnocchi conditi con il gulasch. Essendo vegetariani ci siamo dovuti adattare non esistendo alternative.

The property is high on the hill above Golac and has a commanding view over the valley. Of course that also means that it is a bit off the beaten track. The lady that ran the place when we visited was extremely friendly and offered everything to make us feel comfortable.

There are no alternate dining options near the property. In our mid-June visit, we were the only guests at the place, and the host only spoke Slovenian. So our German, English, Spanish efforts to communicate were of little help. Therefore, while the host lady offered all kinds of food and drink items, it wasn't clear that this was not part of a set meal, and the property did not provide a menu showing the price of items. As a result, there was a sticker shock in the morning, when the bill for dinner and breakfast greatly exceeded the cost of accommodation because the food items were all charged piece by piece.
