The bed was very comfy, and the room was spotless every time I returned.
The mornings were calm and service was very attentive - I was pampered with questions and improvements.
And the breakfast had a good array of options, the coffee was particularly spectacular; an appropriate start to my day and an authentic experience in one.
The central and distinguishable location made it a homey return point, there were plenty of routes and attractions to visit before coming back to my big bed and room.
There could be more resources in English, the rule sheet was entirely in Italian so I ended up using a translator.

Mi sono trovata bene in questo B&B per la sua posizione in centro città Ho fatto la prenotazione senza colazione e ho apprezzato molto che la Sig.ra Roberta abbia lasciato lo stesso delle cialde di caffè e e la macchinetta in un angolo della camera, c'era anche del latte e dell'acqua. Questo piacevole servizio di benvenuto in altri posti non l'ho trovato.

Staff organizzato e gentile
Struttura posta al primo piano di palazzo su strada principale del paese oltretutto molto trafficata.
Aldilà della strada poi c'è il passante ferroviario. Molto faticoso il riposo.
La struttura completa di tutto e pulita, nonostante la manutenzione e alcuni arredi un po' datati. Non proprio conforme alle foto pubblicate. Ottima attenzione per la prima colazione.
