The Nature & Villas

The staff is wonderful, very attentive, and responds to all our questions and requests timely. The villa is very spacious for our family of four, and the private pool is amazing.

It’s a little out of way… takes at least 15 minutes to get to the town and at least 25 minutes to get to Angkor Kat. We hoped it could be quiet at least, but there was loud music from outside late at night and very early in the morning during our three-day stay there. We were also attacked by mosquitoes inside, which was unpleasant.

Beautiful property. The pool is fabulous, the food and drinks are exceptional, and the rooms are beautiful and quite large. Most importantly the staff are some of the best anywhere. I stayed at several hotels in Siem Reap, and the staff at Nature are exceptional. They anticipate your every need and are so kind and helpful. I loved this property.

Location a bit far out from the center, but easy tuk tuk access and part of the charm.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Exceptional service, amenities and rooms, the place is stunning. I would love to go back and stay for much longer it was an incredible experience cannot recommend it enough. It feels like a serene and authentic experience versus the hustle and bustle of the city.

The house was clean and comfortable.

This was a difficult review to write because we had a comfortable stay - but not where we thought we would be staying. We booked the 3-bed villa for our family, and we were looking forward to enjoying the hotel grounds; the gardens, restaurant etc. But what they don't mention when booking is that the villa is not actually part of the physical hotel - it is a 5min drive away, stuck out its own down a dirt track. And it is basically just a nice house with a pool. Well built, but literally just a house that bears no resemblance to the hotel. We would have been better - and cheaper - to just book an AirBnB. The hotel information should be made much clearer.
