Mango Dive & Bungalow

I ended up at this accommodation by chance. Doing a diving course wasn't on my list at all, since my English isn't very good. But as luck would have it, there was a German-speaking diving instructor here. I'm absolutely thrilled that I did the trial dive, and I'll now be booking this place again to get my first diving certificate over several days. All in all, I felt very comfortable here. The whole team is friendly and the entire concept is very customer-oriented.

The only slightly odd thing that happened: a glass broke when it tipped over on the table. It was of quite low quality, yet I was charged 50,000 for it — around €2.50 for a glass that would cost 50 cents at most. Of course, this one small thing doesn't affect my overall rating at all. But maybe the owner will read this and consider instructing the team not to charge guests for broken glasses — in all my travels, I've honestly never come across this anywhere else. It's just meant as friendly feedback. My overall impression remains: absolutely satisfied ❤️

Location, offers lots of activities, loved cold outside shower & bathroom

Mattress a little hard.

Nothing but praise for Mango Dive and bungalow. The rooms are exactly as described, which was fun, clean and perfect for us. What made this an amazing stay were the staff. They were so friendly, always ready for a laugh, and nothing was too much trouble - amazing people - thank you. The breakfast was great, multiple options and all your need to eat, can sit near the pool or get it delivered to your room. We also did a couple of scuba dives, but needed a refresher as we hadn't done one in a few years. They were super helpful and patient, and we felt so comfortable and confident during the dives. They were absolutely awesome. They even had a dive master snorkel with two of our kids (aged 11 and 16) weeks we were underwater - kids loved it. Cannot recommend highly enough, an amazing experience in paradise! ❤️🤙🏾

Nothing, it was perfect

The property Is probably the most expensive place I stayed at in my 20 days in Bali. But I feel that it is grossly over priced. The positive I had a huge room, however it is not worth the pricing. The location is amazing. The apartment size is amazing.

Over Priced, Horrible lighting, almost unaware and not so helpful staff, the reception guy did not know how to book me a horse carriage to the ferry point when I checked out. Extremely bizarre because he expected me to walk over. a kilometre with my bags. The bathroom right in front of the pot had an idol of Lord Ganesha (Hindu God) which is massively inappropriate. Who wants to take a poop in front of a religious idol. I don't know how good the dive school is, however the dive school staff started to try and scare me off diving when I said I was diving at a different dive centre. Great location, right in front of the action yet secluded enough to not hear a single sound. The breakfast is horrible, although unlimited it is juts basic, I'd cook better.
