The location was excellent, and we really liked how spacious the room was. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and they always had a smile on their faces.

The sink doesn’t drain properly, and the hot water doesn’t work very well.

We stayed for 21 nights! The location is beachfront and the best side for turtles. 15 mins walk from the port. The rooms are huge. The bathroom is huge. The sun loungers at the beach and pool are padded and sun umbrellas at the beach. Pool is one of the best on the island, clean, large, good shape, nice coloured tiles and no chlorine. You can swim laps in it. Has the best view of the sea and is surrounded by frangipanis and foliage. Rooms cleaned every day and sprayed with anti-insect spray. One anti mosquito plug-in repellant provided. King bed. Food a la carte is well priced and there is no extra government or service charge, also no credit card fee. The steak is good, the calamari salad and fish and chips. Staff are friendly and smiley. The inside gardens are well cared for and very pretty. Towels changed every day. Shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and tooth brush kit provided, although we didn't use them. Sun loungers at the beach are of course free for guests, otherwise you can use them if you buy a meal. There are about 40 sun loungers. Note - no -one lets you charge your electric scooter at the place you stay on Gili T. If you go flat, the person will deliver a new one to you, or change the battery. The air con worked well and the wi-fi was good, even at the beach.

The bed is a King Coil, but like many beds in Asia, very firm. The pillows as someone else mentioned are so brown, it's better not to look at them. we brought our own pillowcases to go over the existing ones. The rooms are so bright at night, but you get used to it. The call to prayer starts at 5am, but you get used to that too. The coffee is not good. The breakfast options are ok, the healthiest is the continental or the avocado and eggs. Sometimes the service was a bit hit and miss, for example, you had to ask for a spoon, for the muesli. The hot water needed time to re-heat between people, we did one person at 6pm and another at 10pm. You get 7 to 10 mins of hot water at low pressure and then it runs out. They did simple meals well, but overall not a place to eat for lunch or dinner, better to just get snack food or the above mentioned dishes.

Shower had no pressure but other than that it was amazing

Lovely and clean, property had its own beach area and staff excellent in hotel, restaurant and beach service.
