A perfect, comfortable base for exploring the area.

Everything you would need for a short stay. Living room warm and snug. Kitchen - small but well equipped. Bedroom - comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Bathroom- huge bath (we only used the shower. Great location with amazing views. Lovely welcome from Tecwyn with wine and chocolates. Even treats for our Mina, dog. He even gave us farewell gifts including a slate souvenir, homemade barra brith and a toy for Mina.

Had a wonderful weeks holiday and would highly recommend this property and it’s location to anyone.

Beautiful self contained property. Excellent amenities. Easily accessible. Beautiful views. Centrally situated for Snowdonia. We went as a couple but ideal for a family of 4 with a small bunk bed room for the kids. Tex made us so welcome a lovely bottle of wine and some chocolates for our stay and a little memento to remember our lovely holiday.

Family-friendly stay with lovely hosts, great amenities, and ideal location.

We had a fantastic stay! Tex and Sue were incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. Sue made the most delicious Welsh bread, a lovely and thoughtful touch. The house is in a beautiful, peaceful location within approachable distance to well-known tracks and pathways, with a charming village nearby with everything you need: shops, places to eat, and great takeaways. The property is perfect for families. You can see a stunning private garden and a public playground right from the house, which the kids loved. The kitchen has everything you need, including a large fridge and freezer. The internet connection in the house was fast and reliable, and there’s plenty of multimedia available—perfect for grabbing a few moments of peace while the kids are entertained. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to relax, explore, and feel at home. Tex and Sue made it truly special. Highly recommended!

Welsh mountain gem of a place to stay, highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was perfect, the apartment was gorgeous and a great size, awesome jacuzzi bath and there were amazing magical views out the front especially at night when you can see all the stars. The accomodation was clean and cosy throughout, very dog friendly- the owners brought treats and toys for them both which was a lovely touch, there was free parking, friendly locals and the owners are both so lovely, felt really welcomed by them, and we very much enjoyed the homemade bara brith and unexpected welcoming gifts, I thought that was a really lovely gesture 😊 I'd live there if I could I liked it so much, but I shall definitely be visiting again. My new number one choice of places to stay in North Wales hands down.

Beautiful location, fantastic accommodation and wonderful hosts.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Llwyn Rhedyn! From the breathtaking location to the cozy accommodation, and the warm and welcoming hosts, everything was simply perfect. The thoughtful little touches like homemade bread, treats for our furry friend, a bottle of wine, and a box of chocolates made our stay truly special. And the views - oh my gosh, the views were out of this world! We can't wait to return. It was an incredible experience.

Fantastic break away

Where to start, from the moment we arrived the hosts, Tex and Sue were fantastic and so welcoming we even had wine and chocolates. The apartment cottage is stunning and has everything you need including a fab jacuzzi bath which definately helps ease the muscles after a great day of exploring. Everything is catered for and it's a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. The best thing about the apartment is the setting, nestled within the dramatic snowdonia peaks , it is stunning and takes your breath away

Lovely, helpful hosts who made us feel really welcome, everything was very clean, the sofa and bed are super comfy we had a great nights sleep during our stay. Great location for exploring north Wales with mountains and beaches nearby. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Fantastic cottage with good location and facilities.

The holiday cottage was in a very good location, with splendid views outside. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and ensured we had the most comfortable stay. All the facilities were great, with a very nice jacuzzi!

Highly recommend this accommodation in a beautiful location!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location is stunning. The rooms were clean, beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. can walk to the village in 10 minutes and zip world in about 20 minutes. Diolch Tez & Sue x

There wasn’t enough hot water to fill the large bath. The shower was nice though. Otherwise, this place was just perfect!

,Beautiful location, very nice comfortable property.Fantastic owners.. Very warm welcome pack with vine &chocolate. Before coming we receive a letter with all the important information abaut property and place around worth to visit. Hot tub was an amazing addition. Highly recommended for everybody to stay! What a delightful place and lovely owners.

From the moment we arrived, we had a warm welcome from the hosts. The property was easy to access and instructions/directions to the cottage were clear. It really did feel like a home from.home- all the necessities you need were there for a self catering holiday and the double jacuzzi bath felt luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and we had fantastic night sleep during our stay. Overall we would definately recommend to others, 10/10. Thank you once again!
