Sleeps 8 Snowdonia North Wales Nr Zip World

The location was perfect to get to Portmeirion (22 minutes away by car). There’s a nearby Zip world, great for adventure. Mount Snowden Watkin Path about 30 minutes away by car too. We took this path to the crystal clear waterfalls, amazing afternoon. 2 bathrooms, great for a large group/family. Generally clean property. Bottom bunk is a double bed so 3 adults or children could sleep in this room. 7 adults could sleep upstairs in the 3 bedrooms. Kids enjoyed the games room that had table football, a giant connect 4 and a darts board. Tub of celebrations left for guests. Communication good with owner. Easy to find using directions supplied and sat nav. We didn’t require it but heating can be turned on/off via Alexa. Fridge nice and clean with milk left inside.

Lots of plates, glasses, mugs, pans etc in the kitchen but couldn’t find any cutlery, luckily had brought our own. Sofa bed in the living room good for children, length too short for an adult.

It was amazing everyone loved it and many other friends also asked abt it and thus we have recommended it to so many more ppl hope to stay here once again if we ever visited

All the facilities provided especially the jacuzzi and the game room and how the living room connects to the outdoor dinning area we had a great time making breakfast and having it outside it was such a spacious space and everything else was also great the only thing i would like to add would be a bit proper ventilation system because we were provided the fans but it got a bit hot that day for the younger ones and also i know its a jacuzzi so supposed to have only hot water but if in hot weather cooler water was available it would have been so much more fun thats all i wanna add the rest we absolutely loved it would have stayed a day more if the place was available but unfortunately it wasn’t so we went back home but it was amazing

So much to see and do in the local area. Some local shops which we used and had everything we needed. Hosts were great and very informative. House is well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. It was great to have our own parking space.

The lack of beds for 8 adults , when it clearly stated on the advert how many people it could accommodate. One of the double beds was way too small for 2 adults and the sofa bed in the lounge was uncomfortable as it was too short. The lack of hand towels and shower gel in one of the bathrooms until I asked for them. The hot tub needed cleaning / water changing. (The property manual mentioned about putting chlorine in the hot tub, but we couldn’t find any chlorine, and when I questioned the hosts I didn’t receive a response about it.) The property was tired, and needs some TLC, and inside the kitchen cupboards, the surfaces were sticky and dirty. Generally the property needed a thorough professional clean.
