Residence Meuble' Cortina

Since we were arriving late (10PM) when check-in is closed, it was nice to have pickup from airport of Treviso to the residence (extra pay)-much appreciated at this late hour. Yard is nice, the breakfast was good to have. Room itself was ok-had all we needed. And the cat. Although it is not local cat, it is always there, like welcoming guests. But do not feed it. Then next to the residence is a pizzeria (also open at ~11 PM)- we got full after long trip :) Cool thing also that you can watch airplanes and helicopters flying by right from your window- the airport is closeby.

The extra bed (unfoldable) was too stiff-needs extra mattress.

Location was ideal. We had a late flight arrival into Treviso, so a quick 5 minute taxi to B&B. Then 5-10min walk to collect our rental car the next morning from our off airport car rental company and drive back to the B&B for our luggage. Lidl supermarket was a 2-3 minute walk - ideal for late night essentials.

For my sleeping comfort, maybe more pillows would have been great. And bit more choice for breakfast? I love a croissant, but if you don't, bit limited. For us the selection was enough but pretty basic.

Very friendly host, comfortable room, decent shower when the water eventually warned up. Made to feel welcome. Very convenient for the airport, number 6 bus from outside the terminal.

Wifi was not very good, a little bit noisy in the morning due to room being next to breakfast room, a couple of glasses & a bottle or two of water would have been nice. I thought I asked for twin beds for me & my grandson? But really nothing to deter anyone from staying here.

It's close to the airport and there is a parking.

Well, the manager (I'm not sure if he's an owner) was very unfriendly, we came earlier than indicated time and he was very unhappy about it. And when we asked if we could use microwave early in the morning to warm the breakfast for our 2 year old, since our flight was very early, we couldn't wait for the breakfast time, he just said no. The cups were not in the room, we had to ask for it and again he was very unhappy, that we dare to ask about anything extra. It's good for 1 night before the flight, but I wouldn't stay there otherwise.
