I wanted a quiet space to sleep and hang out, but still near to night life/beach too. A short walk to patnem beach. It felt safe and very friendly in the area.

Other guest playing guitar/singing when trying to relax on balcony. It wasn't loud or bad...it was just inflicted/rude...

We had a wonderful stay. Elstad, the owner, is lovely and incredibly helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed and truly giving the place a warm, homey feeling. His team is just as attentive, ready to assist with any request and making sure everything runs smoothly. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The resort is located in Colomb, between Patnem and Palolem. The beach is close by and within walking distance, and the walk itself is just as beautiful. There are restaurants, a grocery shop, and small stores nearby, and the area feels very safe. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, all very delicious. We ate at the hotel several times and truly enjoyed every meal. We will definitely be back.

A great new small hotel. Comfortable rooms, modern showers, super clean, and fluffy towels! Amazing spot right on the bay, with incredible views, a few minutes walk to both Patnem and Palolem beaches, but very quiet. Restaurant on site. I extended my stay as I loved it so much. Kind, thoughtful and helpful staff

Could have used a desk/chest of drawers. The pictures were randomly up by the ceiling 😂🤷🏻

Lovely view

The property doesn't accept cards, and I wasn't to be told until check-out. The nearest cash point is 20 mins drive away. It added a lot of unnecessary stress to the trip. The owner seems like a bit of a messer. The sheets were very cheap and smelt of moths balls. I booked it for a quiet few days, but the huts are very close together, and the nearby bar is noisy at night. Overall I thought it was very overpriced for what it is.
