    This is the second time we stayed at Ark. The experience is surreal, waking up to see the ocean right in front and luxurious facilities at a small place. Food can improved, the taste is just average.

    I would love to recommend this place to people who love peace of mind and privacy. This property is a hidden gem. Its very near to the sea and has one of the best sea view rooms. All rooms are beautifully maintained. Staff’s are all well behaved and really helpful. Foods seems bit costly but they do maintain the quality and taste. Breakfast was complementary. They had decent choice but whatever they provided it was exceptional. Reaching the property is bit hard since the roads are narrow. If you are an experienced driver that’s not an issue. Thank you Ark Comforts for making our Goa trip a memorable one.

    The rooms, diner, pool all have a beautiful view. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The food at diner is amazing. Breakfast spread and pool size could have been better though.

    This hotel was on St Colomb beach, just off the main beach of Palolem. It was beautiful and quiet. The hotel accommodation is nice, but I’m not sure was worth the money. The staff were friendly and helpful, but you have to ask for something first -there is no initiative, and I found that the staff were on their mobile phones a lot instead of helping customers. When I asked to go on a dolphin trip, the staff member quoted me 5000 rupees, which was £50. This was highly priced, so I went elsewhere and got a trip at a fraction of the price. This was disappointing. The breakfast was also not great and did not reflect the price I paid. Great beach, but not worth the money.
