We stayed at this resort on first day of thier new season, Hence there were some opperational inefficiencies. However after pointing it out, the staff acted quickly to fix the issues. The Staff and Manager of the resort were very polite. The owner of the property was also very good, She was actively involved in managing the property. The view from the room is excellant, Breakfast was delecious with good options.
All in all we had a comfortable stay at this resort.

We want to check out early and we have informed the staff while checking, on 5th in the morning from 7 am we were the reception, house keeping, restaurant no one was keeping the call, and we were getting too late, then one staff from the cleaning side was seen around 8:15-8:20 me told her that too call manager we want to check out as since morning, we were waiting for them, then manager came around 8:30-8:35, we told them, what kind of behaviour is that, not a single staff was there in the hotel premises, her reply was shocked me, reply was- as guest sleep in the morning and generally morning start around 9 so we come at that time, also her reply was if you want to early check out them you would have clear the bill before night and no regeert that, hotel was full of empty staff, though the hotel was full.
Will not recommend such hotel, where they are charging a huge amount and staff service behaviour and discipline is zero
