All fine...host and his daughter was very pleasant and polite, ready to help all the time.
Room was comfy and clean. Just right acros the street is one stall with fresh fruit...it was blessing for me 🙂
Room with 2 big windows and river view...many daylight in room.
Location for me is not so good. It is not bad, but neighborhood is not so perfect...there is no any single AC coffee bar around, every one is open type, so it is bot so perfect when is hot outside. Sometimes is litlle bit to loud around...
Have to walk 10-15 mins to town, across the bridge...

Owner was very friendly, genuinely happy to see us and very helpful. Nice location on the river.
Extremely firm bed but typical of small local hotels. Would be fine for Vietnamese or those that love very firm beds.
