great place to stay good breakfast used the bikes to ride around the area. Not to far from the beach and Hoi An had a nice swimming pool

The property was lovely, the room are comfortable and had everything I needed. The owner was very hospitable and friendly, helping me out with an early breakfast for a flight.

The room had a beautiful view from the window, and the people were very friendly and welcoming.
The air in the room was very damp and moldy, which made it hard to sleep. They didn’t change the bed sheets, even when I asked, and the sheets became damp too. The room key didn’t work properly, which is a serious safety concern—especially when leaving the room for the day, since you can't lock it securely. The pool area felt sticky, and the water didn’t look very clean.
