Very spacious clean and comfortable quiet rooms (we all slept really well here) multiple pools - the ones with the slides fantastic for kids, huge choice in the buffets, good quality food in the cafes outside mealtimes, evening entertainment ok, nice hotel beach nearby with good choice of snacks and drinks. Lots of very friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed at the end of October and the number of guests was just about right - no queues or crowds, but I don’t think this would be the case in peak season. The quality of the inclusive wine and g&ts was not great.

They upgraded to suite rooms which were very spacious and luxurious...buffet spread was great....value for money for the all inclusive option....
It's not sea facing and no access to sea as mentioned....the hotel said that they had mailed to booking.com but it's not updated....beach is 2 kms away....one of the reason for booking was the access to the sea which was a big disappointment...almost lost my luggage, and one of thehandle of the suitcase was broken by the person carrying it.....hotel did not pay any heed to that....

Food was good but not too many options for little kids. Aquapark was great for the kids
The room wasn’t clean enough and needed repairs. The tiles and grout in the bathroom clearly needs steam cleaning. There was some paint or dirt residue on the floor. The towel hanger fell off the wall.
