Tropical Season Villa Resort

Tropical Season villa resort is absolutely beautiful! My family and I loved every minute of our stay here. The villa was totally stunning - beautifully decorated with huge windows all along the side showing the amazing views of the hills and countryside and the villa wad spotlessly clean. Gorgeous bathrooms, huge comfortable beds and everything we could possibly need. Fresh flowers in the rooms were a lovely touch and the jasmine smelt divine! The pool was amazing - we spent lots of time in there, it felt totally private and we were surrounded by the most beautiful flowers and plants, with butterflies and birds and nature all around. There are amazing views of the surrounding lush green hills and it feels so peaceful. John the owner is so helpful with everything! If we needed advice on restaurants or activities or taxis we just needed to ask/whats app him and he could book things for us immediately. We felt like we were staying in a piece of paradise and have such wonderful memories of our stay here. We would definitely recommend staying here - 5stars!

Our villa was clean and beautifully decorated

Loved everything. The villa is excellent! John is a superb host with an excellent sense of humor. He gave us excellent suggestions for places to eat, sights to see, where to go, best ways to get there; even where to get our laundry done (nearby, ready in less than 24 hours and cheap)! Comfy beds, hot water, A/C in rooms and living room, awesome pool; even had a lovely parrot named Bibi spend time with us! There was construction taking place (as is everywhere on Ko Samui) in the property next door, so John gave us the choice of another villa away from the noise and his recommendation was perfect: noise was not an issue outside/inside; very quiet inside the villas. Mosquitoes - also not an issue at all; they come out between 5-8pm, so we planned for it. Kept sliding doors closed and were mosquito-free. We had a rental car and everything was easily accessible, food and beach less than 5-10 min away. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for everything, John! We'll definitely come and see you again!

We liked everything. John is the perfect host; he and his staff are attentive to every detail and request.

We booked A one bedroom villa first and then extended our stay as we were waiting for a lost item to be sent to us. There are loads of flowers and plants surrounding the property, giving it a secluded jungle feeling. the bed was comfy.

In the First Villa we stayed in there were quite a lot of ants everywhere in the kitchen. we were trying to find out the cause of them, but we didn’t leave food out. there were so many at some point we didn’t really feel like cooking. the pool was a little murky and turning green in both villas and our ears ended up hurting after swimming in it, but nothing dramatic it was still nice. the furniture was very dark and made the room feel a little outdated and gloomy. the aircon was leaking water. the main thing that kind of tainted the experience was the manager. he was a little rude and condescending at times. we tried cancelling the booking an hour after we made initially made it as we had accidentally booked it for the wrong dates and we’re staying somewhere else, that wasn’t possible so we went anyway. when we arrived he asked why we tried to cancel and passive aggressively told us how lucky we were to get a room there. We brushed it off, but when we extended our stay via booking.com he called to scold me on why I didn’t come to him. he would let me get a word in to explain why I had done it and ended it with „well there is nothing we can do now“. we booked a 2 bedroom villa and the first night the second bedroom was locked and we couldn’t access it until next day afternoon. The hot water wasn’t working in either of the showers at first and then when it did we couldn’t adjust the temp. it was either freezing or scolding hot. I ended up getting really really really I’ll on my 3rd day, cough, high fever and turns out the manager had Covid. not sure if that was the cause until I take a pcr test, but yeah… for the price the experience was a little negative
