Bophut Fishermans Village Teak Modern Pool Villa

Nice private pool. Good air con. Large rooms. 15 min walk from Fisherman’s Village with its many bars, restaurants and night market.

In a quiet residential area. Was initially difficult to locate as address takes you a couple of houses down and the front gates don’t really look like a Villa entrance so would advise to provide pics of entrance for future guests. My first impression wasn’t great as the outside doesn’t look particularly inviting and once inside I immediately saw that the patio area and decking could have been cleaner (I gave it a little scrub myself but could do with a good jet wash!). There was an issue with tiny ants which were found on kitchen counters and on/inside bedding. We stayed for two nights. The water ran out on our second night so we couldn’t have a shower or use the toilet for four hours until the water tank was replaced, which we discovered as we were about to get ready for our last evening out at a nice restaurant so we had no way of washing and had to go out without showers, not ideal after a day in the sun :( this obviously impacted our stay and is reflected in the score given. This has the potential to be a very good property as the pool is an ideal size for a family and the interior is very good.

It was super easy to check in as the host knew when we were due and the air con was on for us and the door was open. It was a lovely surprise and a lovely property, spacious and comfortable.

Lovely spacious villa - easy walk to Fishermen’s Village and great value for money. We loved the private pool and the beds were really comfy. The hosts were super helpful and responsive, with great communication. Wish we could have stayed longer!
