The location is amazing, facilities are great. Room is spacious, breakfast selection is huge and all the food is nice.
There’s only 2 lifts and the hotel was fully booked. So it was a big queue waiting for the lift especially at breakfast time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We needed extra bottles of water and was delivered fast.
Rooms were cleaned ontime.
The choice of food in breakfast was very wide and lot of choice.
The check in staff, concierge entrance man and pool bar staff were very friendly.
The room 1511 bathroom could have been more better, as there was foul smell building up after noon and till morning even though the exhaust fan was working all night.
Coffee machine to make cappuccino needs to churn out hotter coffee.

The room is good, clean, n comfortable… BUT…
Totally disappointed with the breakfast.. sooooo bad. Some, taste very salty, or tasteless. Spread is not that good. The quality of the food is soo below average even the fruits or salads didn’t look n taste good. The pastries even worse. I booked for 3 days. N regretted it. will not repeat here & not recommended. This is the only eating place we went in Bandung that we regretted. Many guests didn’t even finish their food on the table
