The price was good and the host was nice. The apartment was equipped with all we needed although the equipment was slightly dated.

The bathroom is VERY dark. The shower is in need of a replacement as it feels it's about to fall apart. There's a train line very close to the apartment and I was woken up by trains several times during my 3-night stay.
