I liked the boutique style of the hotel and location.

Perfect stay in Lisbon, easy to access the Metro and tram! Many restaurants to take dinner in the neighborhood! We will definitely come back again 🥰 the staff is so friendly and welcoming and the room was perfect for our family! The breakfast is delicious and fresh ! The coffee is the best as well!
It is a little bit cold in the room , the air conditioning is not working

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location was great, the breakfast was very thoughtful and clearly a lot of effort went into the food.
The rooms get very hot with little ventilation, and you cannot control the air conditioner temperature so it got quite uncomfortable at night sleeping with the aircon on. Windows open but no fly screens so we ended up with bugs in our room.
Also quite noisy with the squeaky floorboards above.

Warm staff. Large room. A good area close to one of the stops on Tram 28.
The miscommunication over free shuttle . We were told we will get one but on the day of check out we were told that facility is no more available.
One of the nights an alarm went off right outside our room that was very uncomfortable as only a junior staff stays overnight to figure things out.
Small property hence getting a late checkout is almost impossible . Though they do have a facility to leave luggage but again you are responsible for valuables and they won’t take any responsibility for your stuff.
