It was for 1 night and we only needed it to sleep so was okay and nice and clean

My stay at Epsom Motel was very good. I enjoyed my stay there.

Epsom Motel location is very good. Located opposite Alexander park and not far from Cornwall park. Only a short drive to Westfield Centre in New Market. It is central to most surrounding suburbs. The motel is older but it is clean, tidy and well maintained. Rooms were very clean and tidy and bed lined is fresh and clean. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Francis the manager was so sweet and very accommodating.

The shower in my room was a little out dated. The stainless steel floor was unsteady.

Great location for where we needed to be! Staff were so friendly and accommodating to us. Kitchenette was perfect and modernised with lovely new carpet.

Bathroom & toilet a little dated and not the best functioning but was totally fine for our 2 night stay

Great location to Showgrounds, room was very tired however and could do with a refresh.

Service was great and location was perfect for us attending an event at ASB Showgrounds. we asked for a quiet room and our room was lovely and quiet.

Rooms were clean, but very tired with chipped paintwork and also shower walls deteriorating. The air con was not very efficient. Would be nice to have had a mirror in the bedroom as plug in bathroom, which had only mirror, would not accomodate a GHD straightener so were no alternatives.

It was a great stay with accommodating staff!

I like how friendly the staff were! They let us check in a little earlier because we didn’t want to take our bags out shopping with us and no one was in the room before us.

The first time I used the shower the water went all over the floor but after I managed to move the shower head it was better.

Convenient and comfortable motel

Location was perfect on New Year's eve, as were were able to see the fireworks off the sky tower from our balcony. Kitchenette was well thought. Nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony. Large sliding doors onto the balcony provided lots of light Comfortable beds The smile and hospitality of our hostess

Big step to come out of the shower Window panes on the kitchen side let light in coming from outside, throughout the night. Not recommended for tall people: - The air-conditioning unit sitting on the other side of our door entrance and sitting on brackets could be higher..the pathway is very narrow and one can easily bang their head on it if easily distracted. - Similar comments apply to the setting as you come down the stairs, the concrete ceilings are very low..

Potentially an adequate motel. let down by no hot water and room cleaning.

Scaffold up around building. No hot water in the morning (8am). Bathroom floors are very slippery, it seems the cleaners apply a cleaner/wax substance and don't wipe it off. Room is smokefree, but obviously has been a smoking room recently, non-smokers will notice the smell immediately. If the hot water was working, I'd say it was still somewhat over-priced.

Comfortable and close to showgrounds

We loved the comfy renovated room. Plenty of space for the family. The beds were very comfy and water nice and hot. Very close to the showgrounds. We will definitely be back.

The wifi was unreliable. The TV in the bedroom was out of order. No soap, shampoo or conditioner for the shower. No housekeeping to take away rubbish or replace towels wet towels during our 3 night stay. Overall these aren't deal-breakers and we will be back. I understand they are going through renovations at the moment so some of this issues will hopefully be sorted out soon.

Lovely clean and modern room, there is a $150 refundable bond to pay on the room.

The room was clean with modern decor and kitchenette it had an oven and stove top. Bathroom was clean although the toilet seat was a bit squeaky, great pressure in the shower. I would definitely stay there again.

I had booked and paid online via booking.com I wasn't aware there was a bond of $150 until we checked in. Maybe things have changed since I last booked a motel but would have been nice to know before hand as I did not factor that into my budget, I know for next time to ring the and check with the property. We had a 2 bdrm apartment, me my partner and our 3 kids 15, 9 & 4yo there's not much space in the lounge area.

Good weekend away for the All Blacks!

Great place to stay. Our room was quiet and had everything we needed. Great local eateries close by and easy access to public transport. Staff very inviting and helpful, responded very quickly and politely to any requests. Over a great stay and good value for money

Can't really add to much here. Only improvement would be the servicing of our room. Had to chase them up for towels daily but that's a minor thing. Honestly just an improvement needed.

Clean bed comfortable

No soap in bathroom, toilet flush button broken, no locks on toilet or bathroom, unit generally shabby, cutlery sparse and spoon and fork part wobbled on handle, walls very thin could hear every thing through wall - including next units TV. When I asked for soap was given a pump bottle but nothing for shower. Units were all up steep narrow steps - impossible for anyone with mobility or unable to carry luggage up steps. This was not on the website. Do you actually check what you recommend? Would never use this place again and would actively tell people not to. Very disappointing.
