Everything about Avonlea Guest House exceeded expectations. The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the stay feel personal from the moment I arrived. Parking available and close to town. The host very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good and cooked to perfection and cooked to order.
The double room was on the small side so if we stay again will try for an upstairs room

Everything, bed was comfy, room was clean, breakfast was great, host was so welcoming and helpful
We loved everything apart from the busy road, which can't be changed and is in no way an issue with the host or the guest house.
The ensuite was a little small, again that's a personal thing.
