Sehr gut ausgestattete, saubere Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Alles war gut zu erreichen, gerade auch mit dem Fahrrad.
Uns hat ein oberirdischer Abstellplatz für unsere Räder gefehlt.

Die Lage war zufriedenstellend. Die Bäderarchitektur des Hauses hat uns gefallen.
Die Zweiplattenkochstelle, die beschädigte Duschabtrennung (mit Tesafilm geflickt), der beschädigte Türverschluss an der Terrassentür zum Schlafzimmer, der schmutzige Teppichboden im Schlafzimmer, das immer offenstehende Tiefgaragentor, die nicht verschließbare Haustür hat uns absolut nicht gefallen.
