In the popular Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, in the Haus Baabe building, this vacation apartment awaits you – a cozy retreat for relaxing holidays on the island of Rügen. The apartment offers approximately 44 m² of living space, a separate bedroom, and can accommodate up to four guests who can enjoy peace and relaxation here.

A special advantage of this accommodation is the year-round 25% discount on admission to the adjacent AHOI Water Park and Adventure World. Additionally, starting Easter 2026, you can enjoy a modern fitness area free of charge. Train your strength and endurance in an attractive environment and perfectly combine exercise and relaxation.

The apartment is located on the third floor of the Seepark Sellin complex and is only about 900 meters from the Baltic Sea, the beach, and the idyllic Sellin Lake. Shops and a bakery are within easy walking distance of the complex.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi and a starter set of bed linens. The bedroom has a double bed and blackout curtains, while a double sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, coffee maker, and toaster, making it ideal for self-catering. A television provides entertainment.

The southeast-facing balcony is perfect for relaxing at the beginning or end of the day. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. A bicycle storage room, a children's playground, and an elevator are available in the complex.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment and will be refunded after departure, provided there are no issues.
