The vacation apartment in Seepark Sellin offers 44 m² of comfortable space for up to 4 people and is located in the "Haus Baabe" building on the 2nd floor, easily accessible by elevator. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and an open-plan kitchen including a filter coffee machine and dining area. A balcony invites you to relax, bed linens are included, and Wi-Fi is also available.

As a special bonus, guests enjoy three hours of free daily access to the AHOI Water Park and Adventure World (excluding June 29 to September 14, 2026). Furthermore, starting Easter 2026, you can expect a modern fitness center with free use of all training facilities – ideal for an active holiday.

Practical extras such as bicycle storage and a bread roll delivery service provide added convenience. The location is ideal: shops are just 50 meters away, restaurants about 300 meters, and the beach and pier are approximately 900 meters away. The ferry terminal is about 500 meters away, and a bus stop is just 100 meters away.

A security deposit of €200 is required for the apartment, which will be refunded upon proper return within 5 business days.
