Shame unit manager doesn't understand tourists
Spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment 5 mins walk to tourist mall. Best coffee shop in Germany across the road - Café Liebich. Flat whites to rival Australia.
. Accommodation manager did not explain to us tourists how to find unit... tower 15b, 2nd floor. Only with persistent questions did we get it. . No curtains in bedrooms to darken the bedrooms.. it is light until 1030pm . Lack of maintenance - water in shower doesn't drain well (we removed felt and hair), no globe in room above dining table, no globe outside unit in hall

Sehr komfortable Ferienwohnung
Sehr schöne große Wohnung. Super, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten gibt. Auch eine 2. separate Toilette ist super bei 4 Personen. Die große Fensterfront im Erker mit einem großen Esstisch waren perfekt für ein gemeinsames Frühstück.
Schade, dass wir für unsere Wohnung mit 4 Personen nur einen Stellplatz für unsere Autos hatten. Es war schwierig den Weg von der Tiefgarage zu unserer Ferienwohnung zu finden, weil ausgerechnet die Tür zu unserem Treppensufgang nicht gekennzeichnet war.

Gute Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die FW ist sehr geräumig. Vor allem das Bad ist sehr schön groß.
Der Geschirrspüler ist absolut zu klein und kaum nutzbar. Die Betten sind erwas flach und nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Aber es ging. Habe im Prospekt von Rujana gelesen, dass man ab der 3. Buchung bei Rujana 10% Rabatt erhält. Dies war leider nicht der Fall und ich wusste dies auch nicht.

Schöne Zeit und dir perfekte Lage haben kleine Mängel ausgeglichen
Tolle Lage (nah zu Strand, Schmachtensee, Zentrum), ideal auch ohne Auto ( auch nah zu Bhf).
Möblierung in die Jahre gekommen Küchenaustattung (keine Mikrowelle/keine Spülmaschine, kein Brotkorb)

Tolle Lage und Ausstattung, unbequemes Bett
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da es nicht weit zum Strand und Schlenderstraße ist. Check in war sehr unkompliziert und es gab sogar einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Das war wirklich super. Für diejenigen die mit Fahrrad unterwegs sind gibt es auch Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist wirklich toll und sehr geräumig. Platz ist auf jeden Fall vorhanden.
Großer Abzugspunkt geht ans Bett. Das Bettgestell sowie Matratzen haben ihre besten Tage schon lange hinter sich. Das Bettgestell hat ganz enorm gequietscht bei jedem umdrehen, hinsetzen etc. Und die Matratze war auch leider sehr durchgelegen. (vielleicht hatten wir nur mit unserem Zimmer Pech was das angeht, aber aus diesem Grund würde ich zumindest dieses Zimmer nicht noch mal buchen und dafür ein anderes ausprobieren.) Da leider nicht von allem genug übrig war, haben wir noch Müllbeutel und Toilettenpapier nachgekauft. Es wäre sinnvoll - vor allem für Personen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind - zu wissen, dass das Zimmer im dritten Stock ist. (45 Stufen, aus der Tiefgarage 60 Stufen)
