Definitely worth a look if travelling to Binz!

Very good stay in a lovely apartment! Binz is a beautiful town, and this apartment is very central and close to the beach, main street and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, nicely finished with everything needed for a relaxed beach holiday! Could not have asked for more! I must also compliment Rujana, who were extremely helpful, communicated very well and were happy to assist throughout. Thank you, and I look forward to booking our next stay with you in Binz!

No hot water for 3 days out of 7 No dishwasher for 3 days, no fridge for 4 days Third floor without elevator The staff doesn't communicate properly in English Not very helpful staff

Tolle Wohnung, hübsch eingerichtet, sehr geräumig. Perfekte Lage! Sauna auch empfehlenswert!

Schöne Ferienwohnung absolut ausreichend für eine Woche Urlaub als Pärchen.

Sehr sauber und perfekte Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Eigener Parkplatz zur FeWo direkt hinter dem Haus.

Töpfe und Pfannen waren ziemlich alt und abgenutzt und leider nicht ganz sauber, musste nochmal spülen bevor wir sie nutzen konnten. Ansonsten war alles ausreichend ausgestattet.

Von der Unfreundlichkeit abgesehen- prima.

Maritime Einrichtung

Kommunikation der Mitarbeiter. Diskussion über Schlüsselsafe- nur für Anreisende die von sehr weit anreisen würden ansonsten muss man 18:00 anwesend sein. Bei Abreise kam Mitarbeiterin hinter her gerannt zum Parkplatz ich solle doch meinen Müll selbst entsorgen. Sie sah das ich mit einem kleinen Kind allein unterwegs gewesen bin , voll bepackt etc. Ich habe alles sauber verlassen- und ja die Mülltüte nicht mitgenommen. Da fragt man sich schon bzgl der Kosten über Endreinigung.

Absolut gelungener Aufenthalt im Min Hüsung by Rujana

Wunderschöne kleine, gemütliche Wohnung im Skandinavischen Stil. Alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Schnell am Meer und auch die "Shoppingmeile" ist schnell erreicht. Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

..es war ein sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.Komme sehr gerne nochmal.

Schlafzimmer: Vorhang ist leider etwas zu hell. Es war nicht möglich komplett abzudunkeln.Im Mai war schon früh ab 5:00 hell. Wer nur im dunklen Zimmer schlafen kann, könnte problematisch sein.Oder am besten Schlafmaske mitnehmen. Es könnte auch laut sein da viel Verkehr ist.Für mich ist das absolut kein Problem. Da muss ich ein Mitstreiter Recht geben, es ist sehr hell, sehr sonnig und es könnte im Sommer wirklich heiss sein. Ich bin im Mai angereist, da ging es noch gut. Hund: Schade das in dem Zimmer 54 nicht Hunde erlaubt sind.Hinten im Bereich ja. Bad: Es gab jeden Tag ein undefinierbarer Geruch im Bad (eines Abend roch es nach erbrochene Pilze)... ich musste 8 Tage lang das Fenster offen lassen..Trotz Klempner kommen, hat er nichts gemacht und nichts beanstanden.Schade. Was ist sehr bedauere, nur ein Gesicht Handtuch und ein Dusch Handtuch für ganze 8 Tage. Kein Wechselzeug erhalten oder bereits vorgelegt. Man braucht immer einen für Haar, einen für Hände, einen für Gesicht und einen grossen Duschhandtuch. Alles übliche Hygiene Sache. hm.Ich hatte zufällig ein altes Handtuch noch im Auto liegen. Handtuch Service kostet irgendwo gelesen 20€, puh .richtig viel... in Berlin für eine Nacht alleine hatte ich 4 Handtüchern liegen.Schön wär's hier etwas abzuändern. Küche: tropft es sehr, trotz neuer Dichtung für Wasserhahn. Klempner kam hats versucht. Balkon: es ist ein sehr grosse Unterschied (rein/raus) zu begehen.Bin leider mehrmals gestolpert. Noch eine Schicht Terrassendielen wäre besser. Danke für alles..hoffe ein wenig anderen helfen zu können.
