Location and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Only slight issue, shower in the bath. There was no shower curtain/ screen so struggled to wash without drenching the floor.

Lovely comfy and clean room.
The landlady was rude and came across as standoffish. She shouldn’t work in hospitality.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was very good.
The water could be hotter.
