They made a special effort to accommodate dietary restrictions for breakfast.
The building is hundreds of years old and oozes charm
Enjoyed the stroll up the nearby hill with impressive views
You eat breakfast in the room, but we had a family room and didn’t have enough table space or chairs so you end up having breakfast on your bed (fine if you want breakfast in bed though)

Due to unforeseen circumstances the kitchen was closed, so meals had to be obtained elsewhere. Staff were helpful with other options.

Bar staff was great, friendly. Parking included.
Not much for food in the town. The Walnut Tree was good though.

Breakfast had to be eaten in room no facilities to sit and eat so had to sit on the bed!! Bar hours were awful closed at 1900 so unable to have a meal
