Budget Apartment by Hi5-Kiraly 99

The apartment was the same as in the pictures. It was superhot inside ( especially for me that was too hot, but that's just my personality)

The cleaning was really superficial. I found old used sock, empty charger box from the previous guests, everything was dusty and the glasses in the kitcen cabinet were crazy.

Second bedroom was spacious and had aircon

I would’ve preferred if there was an oven in the kitchen

Loved the decor

Didn’t like that the toilet had a drain smell, the outside of the building looked rough and scary, the metal bed in the living room made a lot of noise every time you turned

We enjoyed the location, as it is near downtown. The apartment is also spacious and has great potential. We reported most of the issues to the staff, and they replied that they could send someone to check. However, this would have been during our absence, and we did not feel comfortable with that, so we agreed to do without their help. Otherwise, we also enjoyed that the apartment was clean and featured both a stovetop and a microwave.

There was no working WiFi. We had to go to Lidl to be able to connect to the internet. Another big issue is that the apartment is on the second floor and you need a key to get both in and out of the building. Since there is only one key, it is very complicated if you are a group of four people who want to go out at different times. Only the person with the key can get in or out. A third inconvenience was the bed in the bedroom, which was broken and could collapse at any time. A fourth issue was the fridge. First, it is small in size. In addition to that, there were no shelves in the door, which makes it impossible to store bottles in it. That is a real problem on a hot summer day. Moreover, when we arrived, the freezer door inside the fridge was open and could not be closed because of the frost. We had to defrost it ourselves in order to use it. Some other inconveniences that were not as important, but still annoying, were that there was only one glass while the rest were cups, and there was only one teaspoon.
